I love how people use "money hungry" as if 99% of the population isn't the same...

If I got offered a job with a 20% pay increase, doing the same job I'm doing now, I'd be an absolute imbecile to not take it - especially whole factoring in have a family to care for.

In Galvin's case, I believe the pay increase would be more than 20%, and there is obviously more to this story, because the Tigers were willing to offer him a huge upgrade, and he declined it.

He’s only on $250k now and part of the problem might be that they are not looking after him this year. IIRC he asked for release last year, maybe they tried to renegotiate his low ball contract and the Tigers thought they were clever to be paying him shit coin whilst he is braining it.

There are two sides to every story and it smells like there is much more to this.

Considering the antics shown by 3 of his team mates on Social Media i suggest he also doesn't like the work environment he is in and would want out.

They couldn't wait to let the boot in on social media which suggests there has been tension and issues bubbling away for a while.

The click the Tigers now have in Luai, Bula, Turuva, Api, Pole, May, Fainu Bros hasn't been more evident then it is now.

They run that club for good or bad thats the way Benji has gone.

Jarome looks like that ring leader guy & if he is off you good luck getting back that trust/respect and he is probably going to destroy you mentally with plenty of mates to back him up once things go pear shape.

He knows the leadership group have his back

But at what cost in the long term.

A poor performance on Monday would ramp the pressure up on Benji next week

Bunji is an idiot whatever Galvins manager said in the meeting about him as coach clearly is just a tactic to get an early release.
Benji needed to be the coach and in charge tell the players he has said he isn't staying anything you guys hear in the media unless it's from Galvin isn't true.. Now let's show the world that we are team first and go out there and show them that...

It’s kind of sad because the Tigers actions and statement were reasonable, then Galvin’s statement was reasonable, what happened behind closed doors between Tiger players and Galvin while somewhat hypocritical, was also reasonable. But the media (likely via Moses) makes it a drama and Turuva is a f**kwit.

The spoon is a long way from being decided...Moses back changes everything. Once lomax is there with him our team changes significantly
I hope you’re right but we are getting steamrolled in the forwards and as good as those 2 are they don’t fix that

They are bullies. Which is fine on the field, but off the field creates a workplace that is not in line with modern standards. Benji admitted as much when he said words to the effect of 'merkins wouldn't understand (the need for bullying-except-it's-not-bullying) if they've never played a team sport'. Though I now can't find the quote and I'm concerned I might've hallucinated it. Either way, calling it an emotional reaction rather than bullying is just semantics, intended to protect the Tigers' current lowball contract with Galvin.

Huh, we drop the ball, we get off side, not sure how moses can fix that.

If we had better discipline we would do heaps better

Mainly because of his long kicking game we and game awareness we won't be in poor positions to give away dumb penalties and dropping the ball.

But I agree in a way the other players need to lift their game instead of hoping for Moses to do something
