NRL boss pledges solid future for all

I see no value in grassroots football?

Nice. Now you're resorting to just plain old making shit up.

You love to argue and whinge, nothing more.
You're the one who just referred to country rugby league as "bum f**k bush league".

Typically pathetic attitude by so called supporters of the game. I'm sorry that country football needs some help. Not that I even brought that issue up. It must be a drag for folk like you who clearly think it's worhtless. I was talking about international football and epansion if you'd cared to, you know, actually read the thread. But you probably see no value in any of that either.

Naah sorry. I read the thread and he got you brother. Big time.
Naaah. He just agrees with you. I know you seem to think that as long as everyone agrees with you you must be right, but it's not necessarily the case. Still nothing on topic either.

There is no topic. Just you arguing with everybody else about nothing in particular.

They all just happen to be correct and you just happen to be wrong. It is pretty simple.

Posters who need others to back them up are a pretty sorry lot. I have the guts to say what I think without worrying about whether anyone else will agree. I don't give a shit if no one agrees. I have spelled out my reasons for thinking the ARLC have not pulled their weight in the last 15 months. They are perfectly reasonable. The ARLC so far deserve about a 5/10. That is a pass, but only barely. Any idiot who thinks they are brilliant because they have done better than Gallop and News Ltd must be pretty easy to please. They could have done nothing and been better than the previous admin. But everyone knows why the last admin was rubbish. The ARLC have no such excuses. They have the cash. They have the power. Now they need to deliver.

East Coast Tiger, instead of whinging ad nauseum and producing your regular "all fart no shit" posts, go on and give us a list of things that you think the ARLC need to do that haven't already been considered or undertaken yet.

Go.

I already came up with one idea. And you didn't read it. Instead you decided to show your prejudice by going on about "bum f**k bum league" even though no one even mentioned country football. I wouldn't want to start a list now because I might have to mention country football and that would offend you seeing as you see no value in it.

So you can't argue the point. As I've said. And you were the one who mentioned the word "troll". Very simple.
There is no point to argue. You hate the new Commission. That is your only argument. The rest of this debate has been pointless as you won't budge. And nobody agrees with you.

Unlike you , I have met the Commission, met Smith and Grant, listened to their vision and admire what they have planned for the future.

It cannot happen over night because it requires a massive process and it needs to be a whole of game approach.

You are just a member of the peanut gallery with a consistently negative attitude.

It is so easy to criticise from the sidelines. Stew in your negativity mate. You are bloody good at it.

Here's what I came up with for grass roots, don;t think it is mega expensive and pretty achievable imo

1. A subsidised national public liability insurance scheme for clubs
2. A subsidised national personal insurance scheme for players
3. A start up grant scheme for new clubs
4. A development grant scheme for clubs to improve facilities
5. A national kit scheme where clubs can order kits at greatly reduced costs
6. More development officers
7. School grant scheme in expansion states and country areas to encourage snr schools to take up RL
8. A RL version of Auskick for jnr schools
9. Funding for the WC Pirates SG Ball team and elite academy
10. A PNG academy and scouting system + funding for PNG Q'land cup team
11. A Fiji academy and grant scheme
12. Better funding to the NZRL

So you have to lie about what I have said now? And you think you're a big shot because you met Grant and Smith. Big deal. I would have if they'd shown up here in the pre-season like they said they were going to. I don't care what they said. Talk is cheap. That's the point. They have done a lot of talking. Not much else.

And you still think that "nobody" agreeing is some sort of proof that I am wrong. Like I said, you would have done well in Nuremburg.

One idea

That's it. Close gate, Rugby League is fixed.

Go on, here's your chance.

Make a list.
It was ONE example. I never said it was the only one. But even that one example, you didn't read. You decided to show your prejudice against country football instead. Fair enough. Says a lot though.

All fair ideas. But no one will listen. The ARLC are brilliant and that's that. It's a fact apparently. They haven't even said they'll do any of those things never mind acted to make them happen. But no one will agree with me about that so I must be wrong.
