A while back, my nephew and his 14-15 year old mates were talking about which club to go to.
My nephew says: Oh, I'll just go to club X. Then, after a couple of years, the big clubs will circle and sign me and I'll leave.
When pushed, he shrugged, without a care in the world. He completely saw it as a work experience, business transaction.
