Yea that's what makes it so fun and interesting. You also have to try and pick cheap guys that are going to have a good season and increase in value a lot.
Yeah but if they increase in value then you'll go over the cap and have to sell them???? Is that how it works???

Say for example I picked George Jennings and he went up in cost by say 85k.

Say that put me over the cap, then I'd have to sell him wouldn't I????

Plus you only get 34 trades which is tricky and in the middle of the season you have to use trades. But then if I want that player back after the bye Callmack that counts as another trade!!! That's the tricky manoeuvring bit!!!!!!!

In rounds 12,15 and 18 that's origin week I think???? So fantasy has byes for these weeks so I wouldn't have to trade my origin players??????

No I don't think so. A player's increase in value is not included in the cap. Your teams value will increase. Last season mine increased from the original cap to around 8 mill

So the aim is to build up what your cap would be????(I inow it's not counted)

You won't have to get rid of him. The amount that player increases also increases the cap.

Those cheap guys could flop though.

That's the problem!!!! They could go backwards.

"You are able to trade Players at any point after Lockout until their team begins playing their next round’s match."

"Make as many Substitutions as you like from Round to Round, but it must be finalised before the players have begun playing their respective games."

https://fantasy.nrl.com/help/index.html#/guidelines

so this means over the football weekend people will keep checking to see if there are any changes to the nrl teams

Ah so the person who increases their cap the most wins????

That's tricky bro.
No not increases their cap. It's whoever gets more points to beat their opponent each week. This will move you up the ladder. Who ever wins the grand final wins.

If your team value increases it just means your team is doing well.

I will too.

The danger with picking low costing players is they can decrease or are young and need their side to get a couple of injuries to get their shot. So there is luck involved imo.

Danger with picking high paying guys is they could deteriorate a bit.

I'm starting to realise that this is bloody hard.

If injuries hit and your guy on standby is young and isn't playing first grade then you're f**ked.
