The Cronulla Sutherland Sharks will be the only side to challenge the mighty Eastern Suburbs Roosters for this years NRL premiership after the display they put on this afternoon

Next week will be interesting. Tigers & Pamfers cant afford a loss, Broncos & Sharks both have hard games. Based on form I would say that the last round Tigers v Sharks should be a playoff for the semis. But as a Tigers fan, this is not my first rodeo and I fully expect to submit meekly to Dragons next week.

I'd prefer both sharks and Tigers to be in and Broncos out.

A real possibility as they have the eels then the dogs.

interesting last sunday in round 25:

2pm Tigers v Sharks @ Leichhardt

Yep it's pretty much now a winner takes all match up for the final spot in the eight. Technically Sharks and Tigers can both make the top eight but Broncos would have to lose to the Bulldogs and the Sharks vs Tigers game is a draw. It's not a likely scenario though.

Shame the game won't be on free to air TV. Nine instead will be playing a dead rubber with the Knights vs the Panthers.
