As an admin on LU, do you know if the admins of that page are at any risk of possibly being charged?
Not an admin here but it's unsurprising that the video has been removed. It wouldn't surprised me if they had been contacted in a legal sense.

DOGS KEEN TO NAIL NAPA CULPRIT

THE Bulldogs are considering hiring a forensic computer investigator to find the source of the Dylan Napa sex tape leak.

Thrust into another scandal just a month out from the club’s AGM, the Bulldogs are concerned the leaking off the tape on social media this week could be another attempt to destabilise the Lynne Anderson-led board that was voted in last year.

And the club could have cause for concern given the tape featuring new recruit Napa surfaced four years after it was allegedly filmed.

It is still unknown whether Napa’s former club the Roosters were aware of the sex tape before this week and whether they had reported it to the NRL integrity unit.

Napa for his part made no attempt to deny his involvement in the incident when quizzed by Bulldogs management.

The Roosters premiership winner has been left shattered by the video’s release after working hard to win the respect of his new teammates since joining them last month.

Bulldogs media release:

The club is aware of a further social media video that has emerged today that was taken several years ago.

The club can confirm that Dylan Napa has received legal representation and advice from senior legal council, as well as made contact with the NSW Police.

The club is supportive of Dylan and is providing welfare support.

The club will not be making further comment at this time.

just a hypothetical here. Do the laws cut both ways? if a female distributes porn of herself and male partner without consent does the revenge porn law apply?

NRL's Napa contacts police over lewd video

Australian Associated Press

Rugby league star Dylan Napa has contacted NSW Police after a second sex tape involving the player emerged online.

A video first emerged on social media on Friday appearing to show the Queensland State of Origin prop engaging in a sexual act with a women, filmed by a third party.

His club Canterbury say they aware of another "social media video" that emerged on Saturday, with both taken several years ago.

"The club can confirm that Dylan Napa has received legal representation and advice from senior legal council, as well as made contact with the NSW Police," Canterbury said in a statement.

"The club is supportive of Dylan and is providing welfare support."

The NRL are also aware of the matter.

New Bulldogs recruit Napa, 26, played six seasons with the Sydney Roosters, playing in their 2018 grand final win before moving to Canterbury this off-season.

That this has landed in the dog's lap is total BS.....every mention of Napa in relation to THIS should be "former sydney roosters player"....it is all to do with when he was a rooster so thats how it should be reported..nothing to do with the dogs whatsoever but they wear the damage .....highly suspicious this one
