You claimed their sponsorship was a lot lower than Sydney nrl clubs. It isn’t, it’s more than nearly all of them. You can worm as much as you like, or you can just admit you were wrong and didn’t bother checking before posting an opinion as a fact lol.

I note you still haven’t yet told us how their sponsorship is higher than sydney nrl clubs beyond ‘they are lodging false accounts’ and ‘probably afl subsidising their sponsorship’ lol

are you concerned that some Sydney nrl clubs can only attract less than half gws sponsorship revenue?

gws matcn day, merch and membership revenue was all up in 2024 on 2023.

The figures are bs

The club made losses of 3 million consecutively in 22 and 23 and is claiming a cash profit of 230k last year which exceeded expectations lol

How do other afl clubs manage to make profits on afl grants of 16 to 18 million lol

I havent said they are doing Well, i dont care One way or the other.
I have said your claim on sponsorship revenue is BS.
Use your brains

They are claiming to have more sponsorship and game day and barely break even on a grant of 26 million. And nrl clubs who have lower match day and sponsorship are making profits on a grant of 17.5 million

lol

If you took 5mins to do some research you would know. Looking at accounts GWS biggest issue is generating revenue from game day and membership. Whilst the big clubs can generate $30mill+ in those area gws struggle to generate $10mil.. fortunately for them afl is coined and happy to fill the gap.

It’s like you dont understand the cost difference of running clubs in different sports.
But yeh sure, it seems very likely they are breaking the law and submitting false financial accounts every year lol

In your opinion.
But that doesnt change the fact your claim was spurious and not backed by the evidence of clubs financial reports.

I’d argue hunter mariners and Melbourne rebels were worse lol
Jeez!!

hunter mariners is a blast from the past.

didnt they make the final of the super league world club challenge or series whatever it was called In 97’?

and didn’t the iro brothers play for them?

Google ffs!

So taking out the govt grant and associated expanse the club lost a million dollars on a cash basis after they got a record distribution from the afl

lol

Wonder what the property of 30 million they are showing is. All those tax payer grants have been used to build up their asset base

The five million in servicing costs and marketing expanse look suspicious af as well
