His commitment and heart are second to none in our side. Defensively the guy just doesnt stop, so I can see why he would be a coach favourite. I actually see similar efforts from Segeyaro when he is on(always chases a runaway try hard even if he is no chance etc).

Kev is a good player and great team guy but he is not out best hooker.

I agree with what you're saying. I just think Cleary is looking for experience right now, though, and someone who can enact the gameplan he wants. Seggers will get his shot, I imagine by the end of the season it will be Kingston on the bench with Seggers starting.

Good to see the Roosters, Bulldogs and Tigers will be among the last to name teams again this year

Such depth in the NRL...not.

We really can't be losing too many more to other codes.

probably dropped. Vai and Semi are big guys to combat the warriors bigger outside backs and will be good on kick returns. Toutai impressed in 9's and the Manly trial

Vai and Semi are good players, don't get me wrong, but surely Sio deserves a spot? At least get Vai to kick return but attack at centre, drop Tonga and Sio in?

Based on purely looking at names on team lists, I believe you can't determine the strength of squads and the ability of players (that you may or may not have heard of)

By the end of 2014, some of these young kids could be household names

The Eels back row could be case in point. Tanginoa, Edwards and Ma'u. Nobody but the hard core Eels fans would know who they are, but I'm expecting a big season from them all (its just a shame we don't have a half back).

This Panthers team doesn't look half bad. It'll be interesting to see how Soward and Wallace go. Moylan is a gun, Idris could hit good form, they have a killer forward pack and Tyrone Peachy is a star of the future. They could definitely turn a few heads this year.

Some very ordinary to deadset awful sides named for Round 1. Could be great for buying cashcows in supercoach. As long as the nuffy players can get 3+ games before being dropped for the blokes returning from injury.

Cartwright also needs to be on the bench by the end of the year. Their is only room in our 17 for 1 hooker imo
