OK then. As long as there are no objections i am happy to include Scotts pick. I am just mindful that peoples need to make their decisions before the cut off time so any late changes to teams due to injuries etc can't affect choices made. Everyone is on the same level playing field that way

In a high quality game on Thursday night where both teams scored 5 tries each the Roosters narrowly defeated the Bulldogs ensuring a safe passage through to the next round for Cold Roses and One Warrior.

In last nights game the Melbourne Storm outclassed the NZ Warriors in terrible conditions. The Warriors were unfortunate to lose Roger Tuivasa-Sheck before halftime with a head knock and he was not allowed to return making it an uphill battle against the clinical Storm.

This result ensured the survival of Zeromisstackles, Penrose_11, Rich102 and vvvrulz. Well played.

Unfortunately there has been an early casualty in the competition. Due to the Warriors losing, we have had to say goodbye to Scott.

Safely through on the back of a Knights upset over the misfiring Titans is theDMC. Well played sir.

And another one bites the dust! Bunnies rebound from their horrorshow last week and deal to JJ and his Sea Eagles.

Tough night. With the Raiders comprehensively defeated by the Sharks in the final Saturday night game, Jaseg and Withthedawn have also been eliminated.

I'm nervous now. I didn't realise this would actually be like one of those TV shows, where the instantly famous are just as instantly punted into the nether regions, where the wild winds howl, eternally tormenting lonely souls...

C'mon Eels.

The final 2 games of the round caused more chaos for the NRL survivors with Evil Mush, Alin and Fufu Andronez all exiting via a disappointing performance from the West Tigers.

Meanwhile, Blair, Ozbash and the Eels comfortably dealt with St George Illawarra. Well played Sirs
