There is a level below already - in fact many. Yeah, soccer pro reg would be more popular because it's just part of game. Game wouldn't need to fund shit. Clubs are private

If my memory is correct, Cowboys were speaking about the need to upgrade their facilities to stay competitive with the other clubs. Clubs have state of the art facilities for fitness and training.
