Crocker.
Every tackle he uses the tackled players face as leverage to get up.

If you watch closely you'll see that Crocker is usually the recipient of the niggle. They bait him, knowing that he has a short fuse and can often concede a penalty.

The St George game was a classic case. He was niggled in every tackle, finally snapped and lost the game for his team.

But I can't get over how many tackles involved Morrison going high. I never noticed it as much when he was with the Cowboys.
