You sure you're not talking about Michael Crocker there? Because you got the description down pat.

If you watch closely you'll see that Crocker is usually the recipient of the niggle. They bait him, knowing that he has a short fuse and can often concede a penalty.

The St George game was a classic case. He was niggled in every tackle, finally snapped and lost the game for his team.
