NRL's Most Potent Backline

I'll go Manly, simply because of the consistent achievement of the likes of Lyon, Matai, etc.

However as a Knights fan I wouldn't swap any of our backline players for any of Manlys if that makes any sense.

Knights. Player for player we have the best backline. Our fringe backrowers are Beau Scott and Robbie Rochow. Respect to the both of them, tough players but they severely lack ball playing ability.

None of this SBW or Glenn Stewart drawing defenders to create overlaps - our backs beat their man one on one to score tries and make breaks or opportunities come from the work of Mullen or Boyd. Our backline on it's own creates more tries than any other for sure.

Garbage. Manlys attacking plays are setup for trys out wide, thats why the wingers and outside backs score most of there points.. DCEs strike rate as a half is better..

Garbage yourself f*ck knuckle.

He said its a better strike rate. Based purely on numbers, it is.

Whether or not the tries are set up for outside men (which of course they are) the strike rate is still better.

Manly have the best centres for attacking options, but they have struggled to crack the top sides. Could be Stewarts injuries, but if Foran and DCE are really worth the hype, they would be better. Their 3/4 line is a gun.

ATM I'm thinking Roosters shading the Knights, based on consistency. The knights had it all over everyone else last weekend, but the Roosters are all class.

Melbourne are basically Cronk and Slater with the rest feeding off them - although Widdop is great.

Souths is Inglis, or whoever falls on the lucky Reynolds' grubber, plus the odd Merrit appearance. Cronulla - do they have backs part from Gordon? Does he have the most line breaks of any fullback this year?

Manly's backline, especially that right edge, is absolutely devastating.

Glenn Stewart is easily the best ball playing forward in the comp. Yes, better than SBW OMG

Uate imo the best pure winger in the comp.

I would agree in theory if he hadn't had some sort of industrial accident where both his hands were severed. The transplant surgery was a miracle but someone obviously f**ked up and gave him two left feet instead...

That tapou from the roosters is under rated.

I'd be very appreciative if you told the truth. From my observation, Glen Stewart has lost quite a bit this season. There have been many times when his injection into the backline has stifled the outside backs.
