Most focus after Sharks v Cowboys will be on the final play and Tiana Penitani's failure to pass.

Defending left a bit to be desired in the decisive Cowboys try. Two tacklers offside, third Sharks player getting into marker suddenly retreated leaving the ruck area wide open. Cowboys player free to use the space and pick a pass.

Goal-line defence and ruck recognition are a weakness of NRLW. Lot of short-range tries conceded. Too many heads-down decisions.

I think they need to re assess their positional selections and not overly fussed on the inexperienced winger

Broncos looked much better than they have for the last couple of years, since they stopped cheating by starting early. Still there is something that just screams filth

I hope the Tigers get a win or two but who knows about that one
