Farkkkk Reef you have a fair bit of Rabs in you.

Ever thought of a career change?

Could just imagine the real Rabs - Sundays match of the day - five minutes after the halftime resumption, "sorry folks, missed that try I was having a piss"

Cheers

no real standouts. Green, Fergo, wright, Bronx all doing stuff.
Crowd is half the size of Sharks last home game by my counting but official count, as per the crowd counter donated by the Sydney Roosters has it at 13,450

I was there too Mr Reefy and the official crowd figure as announced was in fact 8972.

It was another picturesque afternoon at Henson.

Cold KBs, steak sandwich, play with the dog, a chance to work off the KBs by having a kick at half time, every time the jets score some guy does a lap of the oval on a penny farthing cheering on the massive crowd, more KBs and of course when the sun sets on the King George stand its like looking at a Tom Roberts painting...

Can't even remember the score.

I was a big fan of Norrie last year. I was flummoxed at his continual snubbing for firsts. This year he had his opportunity to have a real crack & take the place of Rossy.
We really needed him & he has failed. As have our other props.
Its easy to see why we paid so much money for Ross as he is a class above these guys who hurt guys when he ran & when he tackled. His mobility was also a real plus. You can search this form for a comment where somebody highlighted where Rossy let a soft try in. You will come up empty.
Norrie has let soft trys in & ran soft this year. I just dont think he is athletic enough for NRL. One good run & then he is gone.
Disappointing. We really needed him.

reefy is it only norrie or the whole team? theyall seem down on confidence even douglas and toupou to name a few the only one firing is gallen. maybe the are not sure of the coach or something has really got the team down. they just don't seem to know what to do. other teams are running lots of decoys to throw players off but ours is all one out stuff.

I think our decoys are working great & we use lots of them. Our problem is that we have no Prop as good as Ross & for that matter Nutley who suck the defense in & play the ball quick.
I am not impressed with our current props ruck defense either. Especially Dougy.

I too was a big fan of Norrie last year and was perplexed why he didn't get much time in the firsts, but this year he is average, doesn't run the ball hard or fast and his tackles lack aggresion.

O'Meley is on the outer at the roosters...
no thanks Inf.

All the trouble in paradise has a lot to do with it.

I'm not saying it is the only reason but I believe it would be having a big bearing on current form.

You young blokes in here paying off a house etc etc, imagine how you would perform at work if all you ever heard was the company was broke, not in a possie to pay next weeks wages, going to move adelaide, darwin, CC, rockhampton, emu park.

And my thorn in the side, you play for a club that won't stand up for you if you make a blue in everyday life. Right or wrong, the other clubs don't give a f**k about moral high ground.

Nice guys finish where?

Cheers

Tech heads, I don't even have a mobile phone (or is that a cell phone)

Yeah a bit of a point of order here.

How the f**k can you work a laptop, drink piss, and watch the footy?

My dear old Grandfather would be rolling in his grave if he knew someone was doing that on the hill of his beloved Henson Park.

Cheers
