NSW Origin side 2010

Ennis as captain  Now I've seen everything.

Soward could play in the halves, but kicking game apart nothing of his game is up to origin standard.

I think

6. Campese
7. Pearce/Kimmorley should be the way to go.

With Pearce and Campese we should have no defensive holes. Put Cooper and Lawrence in the centres and you'll have a ridiculously good wide defence.

So when was the last time you watched a Tigers game? He's been better than every other NSW prop this season.

Tolman and Luke Douglas have.

But still, as good as Gibbs is playing, I don't think his game translate to NSW just yet. He's awesome at club level and is probably one of those guys that'll dominate at club level but not much more.

No. You saw everything last year when Gidley was Captain - Ennis fits the mould well. Who do you suggest?

Lol Ennis captain, pmsl, there's a common misconception out there that he's tough but in reality he's just a cowardly little grub

Gotta say, I really dont want to see Dugan thrown into the Blues squad at this age, especially against this Qld team. Not at fullback, wing maybe, lets get him prepared for his time in the Blues jersey, but not at fullback yet. He has shown alot of class in his short time.

Also, we need to get Jarryd Hayne the ball asmuch as possible, he's not in the best form but he is the right man for the fullback position. He is still held in that high reguard by opposition, and if Jarryd is behind other class players in decent form, he will be set alight again.

Hayne's positioning and defence will be exploited. Hayne plays as a 5/8th in attack merely cause Mortimer and Robson are awful. Dugan is a much better traditional fullback. His returns, defence, support and so on are all better.

J Morris>Cooper
Also if NSW is to have any chance, Hayne has to be fullback, having him on the wing is a waste, he's got an awesome long kicking game annd excellent vision.

Defensively he's incredible and he's a proven peformer. His combination with Brett Morris would be great as well. The only other guy I'd put in would be Josh Morris.

Yes we all know about Coopers defence. NSW needs point scoring centres who can tackle. Goodbye Cooper and Jennings. The Morris boys will surely be a walk up start with Hayne, Watmough, Creagh and Ennis.

If we need that, then Chris Lawrence is a walk in start.

And Ennis is far from a walk in start, he's not in any good form and simply pails in comparison to Farah. The mongrel is a factor, but I'm sure Farah could get under someone's skin if he really wanted.

Yep, I have Lawrence in my squad but can't have Farah. He had a couple bites at the cherry last year and came up very short. He also came up very short in the Tigers last few rounds in 09 when they needed wins to make the eight. He can produce some absolutely horrible plays, decisions and piss poor kicking (likes to kick out on the full a bit especially down the short side when the pressure is on does Robbie) in clutch moments. Ennis for me - and yes the mongrel is important and if he needs to be a menace to be at the top of his game then so be it!
