Very disappointing to hear I’ll be blamed for something that won’t be my fault.

Woofie is also a paid up member of the wests tigers and he almost choked on his meaty bites when he read this.
I don't care mate. It will be your fault because you dont want a sole Wests Tigers team. Well that's how your putting it.
I do care if Woofie choked, stop feeding him meaty bites and give him a healthy big beef thigh bone, better for his teeth :)
Let's leave it there mate, we won't agree on this and I respect you too much.
Footy is on....go the WESTS TIGERS!

Galvo is woofy’s bitch tonight.

Benji gave his best outing as coach at the presser.

We even reached agreement on a couple of things such as asking why we can play like that today but spend most of the season morris dancing away to a 15th century version of smoke on the water.

A good win against the rugby league terrorists.

Geez Woofy needs a decent feed. There's not much chop on Galvin... he's too stringy.

Agree, the more players we have playing in the lower grades the better.
The club has a bigger pool of players to choose from.
That doesn't change if we have 3 grades of Wests Tigers. In fact it will strengthen it particularly, Balmains input.
Often Jersey Flegg is detached in location and in name to that of Wests Tigers. Easy for fans to lose touch with them too. You often ask what's happening in reserve grade.
You have to have strong pathways and feeder clubs. Nothing changes except we follow WT. We need three WT teams for players a d supporters to feel like they are in a club especially players like Naden who one week plays for WT and the next week he plays for Western Suburbs.
When we joined forces, a lot of fans accepted following Wests Tigers but not so much Balmain and Western Suburbs.
Balmain haven't got the money the get a KOE side but the HBG does.

I believe it does make it stronger as we have 2 pathway teams playing instead of one.
There is only one cup team under Wests which is not that unusual these days.
I really don’t see a problem every player in the system knows who they’re playing for. As does the fans.

??? We change KOE Cup from Western Suburbs to Wests Tigers. If Balmain and Western Suburbs want their own Flegg team then so be it but Wests Tigers need to have a reserve grade side. Same system. They should both be under the same roof to too. How that works logistically unsure but we've done it in the past for a long long time.
Wests Tigers deserve to have at least two grades.

As long as one of those teams invests in developing all the great talent around Campbelltown way. Look at all the kids from the druitt the panthers have in their system. We could do the same for all the kids out airds, min'o way etc
Jersey Flegg is at the end of development of players so making a Wests Tigers team would make it a special squad and one step closer in making an NRL debut. It's an under 21 team, so basically men, not kids.
If all three grades of Wests Tigers trained at the COE, all the players could see how the NRL team trains and plays. Just like it used to be.
The comps lends itself to 3rd grade. Some of our NRL players have played in that comp, like Brandon Tumeth and Feledy after they made their debuts.
Having 3 wests tigers senior teams makes it easier the develop club culture.
For example, in the old days, when we had 3 grades, they would all be coached in the same fashion as the first grade coach wanted it. This meant going up or down in grade made for an easy transition. Plays and defensive patterns wouldn't have to be explained, they would slip straight into the next grade.
If this isn't viable, then at least our reserve grade side should be just that, a Wests Tigers one, often training at the same ground and running opposed sesions. They would all meet after training for a BBQ and mingle.
It makes Benji's job easier to chat to lower grades players too and watch them train.

Sounds great in theory but I'm sceptical it'll happen.
