Of that lot blacklock was the only one who was unlucky. I thought Amos Roberts probably deserved a go too.

Mundine had Daley and Fittler ahead of him, both are greats of the game.

Peachey was picked for nsw and lost his spot due to injury.

Inglis was a little bitch who was like 19, nsw literally had the Australian backline of king, cooper, gasnier, tahu, macdougall etc.

It's more to do with the nsw facination of picking big outside backs. Generally the indigenous guys are slighter, more skillful blokes. The bigger bodies I.e Tahu, Jason moodie, Ferguson etc have got runs. The selectors fear in picking guy's like blacklock, Campbell, peachey etc is that it will be Nathan Merritt all over again.

peachey played 1 game for nsw. Absolute travesty. dudded for years. I'll cop losing out to brasher. I'd argue he was better than Ross. But farging mark Hughes and Brett Hodgson?

Blacklock was a gun who should have played origin, peachey should have played more. Unfortunately both guys best years were when nsw was in their last period of dominance so it was going to be hard to break into a winning side.

Mundine was kept out of the side by a player who was not only better but get this INDIGENOUS!!!!!!

GI would have played for California in state of origin if there were more bucks in it.

We chopped and changed the fullbacks year to year around that time. Those blokes above weren't incumbents.

Peachey was arguably bigger than Hughes and Ross and Hodgson. If it wasn't a race decision the only other explanation is they wanted someone "safe". It was a strange decision.

Especially considering mark Hughes wasn't even a fullback at the time.

As for blacklock, surely he should've been picked before Jason Moodie got a Guernsey?

I was overseas the year mark Hughes played for nsw however yes, that seemed ridiculous.

Blacklock was better then ainscough and also moodie imo however bit rich saying he wasn't picked because he was indigenous when moodie was playing.

My very early team fro this year
1. James Tedesco
2. Jarryd Hayne
3. Jack Bird
4. Joey Leilua
5. Tom Trbojevic
6. James Maloney
7. Adam Reynolds
8. Andrew Fifita
9. Nathan Peats
10. Aaron Woods
11. Boyd Cordner (c)
12. Wade Graham
13. Trent Merrin
14. Tyson Frizell
15. David Klemmer
16. Tyrone Peachey
17. Jake Trbojevic

I pray Peats is back fit and playing well othrwise we are looking very thin at 9. Moylan, Jackson and Boyd go close but just can't find room for them. I thought the halves did a decent job last year and I think changing them again is the worst thing we can do

How about Ryan James? I'd honestly forgotten about him being from NSW. He was brilliant last year and strong so far this season. Definitely deserves to be in the discussion.

What are you, 10?

My point is obviously that nsw selectors pick big over small, I'm not saying I agree with it but it's what they do.
That's why your three examples were all aboriginal, genius. You are just trying to get into an argument. You do it all the time.

Thoughts on Cameron Mcinnes?
Always thought he'd turn out to be a good hooker, but his had a flying start to 2017

Huh? My examples were smaller aboriginals, which is exactly my point.

Let me spell it out for you: smaller aboriginals, white guys, islanders, Italians, Lebanese, Jews don't get picked for nsw.

Bigger aboriginals, white guys, islanders, Italians, Lebanese, Jews do get picked for nsw.

Who was Jewish that represented NSW? Also was there any more Lebanese that played for NSW besides El-Masri and Mansour?
