From the press I read, the WWE were pretty unreasonable about it. Their superstars were more than happy with it, but the WWE legal team got their panties in a bunch and came across as a bunch of assholes.

Personally I'd love to see NWA fire up, just so competition can make things interesting again. Raw is improving, but Smackdown is just dull.

In my experience with NWA, they've got a far more talented roster in terms of in-ring ability than most expect. Guys like Christopher Daniels, Low-Ki, Sanjay Dutt, Amazing Red etc. are all superlative talents. That said, they've got a lot of dead weight as well.

All NWA did was have Rey come out and chill with them and K-Krush(Ron Killings) ate their food. That was it. It was on their ppv in dec and they blurred out everyone in the WWE. Rey thought it was very funny to see his best friend Konnan but and Rey got into it.
