I suspect the recent Kent Court case has had an impact on a couple of fronts;
- Don’t hammer a bloke before he’s had his day in Court, as he could be innocent
- Don’t be a hypocrite and hammer a bloke for things you have either been caught doing yourself, or could easily have been caught doing
