It was messy . The details did no favours to the club or John Morris. His record (all things considered , is pretty good ) Jury still out on Fitzy.

That loss to Manly in the semis which we shoulda coulda won. Can’t lump it all on the coach, but lack of anything in that game spoke plenty and actually being even more so. Team’s body language was one of “whatever”

As frustrating as it is, I can't hold single performances against a coach. There are so many influences on a team's performance, many behind the scenes we'll never even know about. Even the coach wouldn't be privy to some of the personal situations of the players which could result in a one-off shocker of a performance. Everyone has been there at some point.

I guess if we are to be fair, going by that criteria, we need to replace Fitzy now too. We had two below standard performances in finals last year. Then we had the 50+ against Melbourne. In the interest of consistency we have to label him as a rookie coach with no idea.
