I don't know what it is but, most Black QB's are better at Running than passing lol.

Russell has potential, probably the best they could have picked but Peterson and Possibly Flacco or maybe Ryan on draft pick would've set them up well. Davis and the coach are pretty much f*cked, Raiders suck and will do under Davis until he quits, or dies even if he's that reluctant to go.

Black QB's are more athletic due to genetics. How long have black players been trusted at QB? Less than 20 years i'd suspect. In time they'll be able to combine the athleticism and passing ability, in the way that Steve Mcnair, Donovan Mcnabb and co have been able to. Warren Moon is an all time great but he started in the NFL so late in his career.

FYI - Davis is the coach. Kiffin had to run past everything by him which is why he often distanced himself from every personnel decision that he was against and persued other jobs as he was fed up with being a puppet.
