yeah but stake, you must admit that the english fan experience and culture is different to that of australias in general.

keep the comparison to the NRL.

compared to the OTHER NRL clubs we are quiet.

As to the first part, ofcourse, but the plan so far has been "hey give us money, what do you mean no?"
they've tried nothing, they are all out of ideas and running out of time realistically.
Let's compare to other Sydney clubs, I would hope we can be a noisy as say Bulldogs or Tigers supporters when they are at Leichhardt, or does our crowd not want to be involved in the game

For those of us able to reminisce about the glory days of 3 games of footy (U21, Reserve, First Grade) with an after game presentation in the auditorium, what we have today is truly an abomination and disgrace to the supporters of our great club.

Totally agree and having players on the first grade bench, were from reserve grade they would play half the game and then be reserves for first grade

I miss those low scoring games, the grind for 80 minutes, instead of today when they go on and about try after try, I see missed tackle after missed tackle.
Bring back kicking duels and leather footballs

I miss the old days of Firsts, Reserve and THIRD grade.

THIRD Grade were the old hard heads having their last hoorahs, got to beat up the up and comer pups. There were no places back then for them to show pony and carry on.

If you did it was WHACK!!!!

Cor some of todays players could do with that.

3rd grade did make a Comeback in the 80's.
I remember going to Jubilee just to watch Sludge. He was coming back from injury and playing for the Dargons.
He made it until about the last 5 mins and then got an injury (hammy I think from memory)
If he'd made it through that match they were putting him straight into the City side.

Arhhhh nightmare times, Rogers in the RedV. I am afraid I marked him down for that and to this day still do. Why, why, why.

I used to sit near season ticket holders going back to when we came into comp, they tell me story day Gavin Miller played all 3 grades, it probably wasn't that uncommon

As Albo was walking around Henson on Sunday I said to my partner "should I go up to Albo and ask him if he's the Sharks new Scomo?"
Her ever-so-level answer "see those Goons around him with the sunglasses on? They may take you as an intimidatory factor and react"
I only had a couple of 3.5% Pacific Ales, so the good side of my brain was still working enough and I chickened out.

All politicians of all persuasions should be banned from football grounds, they are there for self interest only.
If they want to go to the ground, people should bring rotten fruit to throw at them
