Kenny sio just about won the game for us but his play did lead to a penalty right in front and humble pots it over at full time 30 all

Morts and Humble were ok! I was very impressed with both our centres (Savage and Gilbert) while Danny Howard and Nathan Armit impressed upfron however I was extremely impressed with Sio scoring a couple of tries making a great try saving tackle on Byron Foord and nearly stealing the game at the death..

oh and our half Brendon Waters was fantastic and really asked a lot of questions of the defence.

Peni competed well but dropped the ball in vital times but is getting better for the run, the puzzling thing also is that Manuf**koa played meaning that we still have a spot on the bench up for grabs tomorrow...Poore Maybe????

hard to say, both are in their early to mid 20's and are considered journey men, I think the step up at this stage of their careers could be beyond them.

Good to hear that he is making the step up.

The spare bench spot is something of a mystery. It doesn't seem likely that we would rush Poore back into firsts without a game for Wenty. Vai Toutai (I think?) was 18th man last week, maybe he will start in the centres and push one of Smith/Horo back to the bench?
