Can anyone tell me the last time we won our last match of the season? My memory goes back to 1996 when I think we beat Penrith . I realise that if you make the finals but don't win the comp , it's inherent that you have to have lost your last match.
But what about the seasons we missed the cut?
The reason I bring this up is because during the season , if the team loses , we all get over it within a day or so and look forward to the next week.
But each time we lose the last game and the season's over , we have to wait four long months for possible redemption! At least if you win your last game , you can live off that little bit of glory for a little while!
