Gal's on report for kicking free of the Titans' tackle last night. I guess it depends on how the judiciary read it.
Also Scott Prince has a suspected broken arm.

How did it look on tele...from where I was I thought Gal had a bit of a go ...but was provoked by the bloke who wouldn't let go his his ankle.

wasn't the worst i've seen.wasn't quite a stomp on his head but didn't look harmless either.

it's gal though so he'll get 55 weeks for it.

He's in trouble.

If the Pink idiot blew the whistle to penalise the Titans when he should have, Gal's reaction doesn't occur.

Doesn't look good on the tele. Might be a week or two.

Does Gal have any carry over points for previous indescretions?

agree jc

could have been worse, but it wasnt good

The stomp did zero damage and Rankin milked it for what it was worth.

But the fact is he used his studs the way he did means he will be cited for sure.

A couple of weeks RnR.

The biggest worry from it was the fact that it came from pure frustration. I thought instantly "he is not happy at all" right now.

Frenzy.

Had another look today and as jc says it looked bad on TV.

However, I've changed my mind. The "kick" that struck looks like the last of a series of "kicks" from Gall trying to get that Rankin merkin to let go. Well Rankin let go on a downstroke and copped it.

It should of been a penalty to Gal a full second earlier.

Dugan did more damage to Hilder with his stomp so the cat's already amongst the pigeons when it comes down to comparing the 2 incidents

Gal might see a suspension as a positive anyway. Sad to say but he must of been embarrassed to be part of that abomination last night and might enjoy not having to be part of it for a week or 2

Gal did bomb a certain try last night as well though.

So much selfish play last night.

I will also add that I meant selfish play by a lot of players, not just Gal.

How many times did it need to go through the hands once more for a certain try only for a player to go himself and be held up!

Gallen charged. Grade 1 Striking. 1 week with an early guilty.

Dugan not charged for his uglier, more dangerous action.
