Once was a Warrior?

Is PJ Marsh and a few pals from the Warriors about to make way for Price and Wiki?

Seems the League Week writer Richard Becht thinks so.

"Injured Maroons hooker is among a dozen casulaties as the Warriors off-load players to make room under the salary cap for their two prime targets in Steve Price and Ruben Wiki"

"The club won't comment comment yet on Marsh's future but sources say they will terminate his contract, due to expire at the end of next season."

Hope BS is reading this weeks League Week.

pj still can't move his neck without moving his whole body!! i'd be scared for his health if he ever tried to pull on the boots again! he still has to have another operation!!

Provided his operation was to go well - the Warriors would have released him before now or he would have retired if he thought it wouldn't - he would be worth a shot. Even if he wasn't the kid has a good football brain and would be handy working around the club with Witt and Smith.

i dunno about full training at the end of the year. i saw him last week and felt really sorry for him. things just looked stiff and when i asked him how he was he rolled his eyes and said smething like "as good as can be expected"

i'd love him back, but he'd be a liability and he would make me nervous :(

I'd get him on match payments.

I'd be interested who else might be leaving the warriors?

I'd love to have him back. Like Pazza said, get him on match payments and see how things work out.

Vince Mellars and Matt Jobson have already been flicked as has De Zolt and Mark Tookey.

Seu Seu is off to England as is Fa'afili while Ali is already there.

Danny Sullivan is gone.

Justin Murphy is likely to be released.

The report says that two as yet unnamed players will also be released.

word is PJ wont strap on the boots again, but I wouldnt mind getting Danny Sullivan back, as long as he can regain his old form back.

Our medical staff told Danny he would never be able to play first grade football again due to his injury. The warriors disagreed. Looks like our staff was right after all.

I doubt they'd let go of PJ. They'd paid him while he's been on the sidelines for the past year and half, why would they let him go as soon as he is fit again? He still has talent, NZ would be making a mistake to end his contract.

Just reporting it as I read it - however it seems like Tony Kemp is trying to remove anything with the smell of Daniel Anderson on it.

And when the Warriors announced they had signed Sullivan, Smith was crucified by some people on this board.
