If that's the case then you could see his reasoning as i think he has provided Easts with strike power form dummy half & has worked well in tandem with Jake Friend.
Also i think James can be used as a backrower as well where as Friend is best utilised as a hooker.

I hope Smith names him next week. He isn't being resigned and although its rumoured he's going to Saints, nothing's concrete yet - rumour flying around is that he was told he's played his last game for Easts. He's done his job well in the last few weeks and deserves to play in the decider.

That was around a few weeks ago wasn't it?

I wouldn't be surprised to see Graham back and BJ to the bench meaning J Aubusson has to miss out.

Is Jake Friend capable of playing to that level that we have seen from him for a full 80 minutes though TT & if so why change a winning formula when it's been a big part of the Roosters success.
From what t i have seen Aubusson makes more meters out of dummy half whilst Friend has the better pass & Smith has worked in both players to the teams advantage this year.

But hey, maybe these white jersey's are the lucky one's.

Win last night, Win 2002 GF.. hmmmm

I don't care if they were pink as long as they win next week.

No. In 2003 we also wore the white but the secret was the shorts.

In 2002 we had the Winning White - White Jerseys AND White Shorts. The we changed to Blue Shorts with the White Jerseys.

Im glad we are wearing the traditional Dark Jerseys. Just like 75.

I'll PM you my number.....if we have any more rain I won't be going anywhere as the Archer River will be too flooded to cross :x I'm packing my life up as we speak.....if the predicted thunderstorms come I might head out tonight even though it's f**king stupid to do....Mind, not walking a swollen river in the dark....hmmm. Will see what tomorrow brings when I get to it

We have f**king shocking seats....and now the accomodation is going pear shape. I thought two rooms had been booked - only one and I'm not keen on sharing with a snoring, annoying dragqueen supporter and there is f**k all available now. Last time I let someone else organise anything......can you believe he asked me if I wanted to go the stains leagues club after the game.....I'm like WTF, NO NO NO.

Anyway, GO ROOSTERS......Can't wait to see you again :D

The way it should be for this game too. Traditional teams.

I had hoped both the old Easts emblem you wore at the SCG and Saints traditional emblem would get a run (ala signature below) but alas, this old sentimentalist was not granted his wish.

Friend is a tackling machine, sparks our attack better than J Aubusson and has better service than J Aubusson. What do you mean why change a winning formula Graham has been there all year either on the wing or in the centres.

Haha I did hope for the same. It's no secret I've watched 1975 a few times throughout the finals. Can't bring myself to so far this week lol.
