Picked up Bell & Green Ellis in the second and third last rounds

Would you start Bernard Pierce or Pierre Thomas? I feel Pierce may get more touches this year at the expense of Rice and against my Broncos, he could be effective as a third down back for the Ravens. I'm unsure what Thomas will do this year with the Saints.

In a PPR league i'd go with Pierce, standard i'd go with Thomas.

Overall I think it worked out well. Will just dump off a non performer for Bradys bye week and claim the best available matchup on waiver

I've taken the extraordinary step of benching Brady in favour of Cutler now Gronk and Ammendola won't be playing v the Jets. Pats will probably still win but they might have to go to ground to get the W this week.

Looks like Ridley is dog poo this season, if Vereen hadn't got injured he'd probably be the starter already.

Also looks like the preseason hype for Thompkins may have been just that, if Dobson can learn to catch he looks the better option.

Ivory looked pretty good today, but of course Powell vultures the TD

Stephen Hill also looking sneaky good as a #4 WR

Ridley is single handedly killing me in our money league... i need Ivory or Ingram to step up and become a viable option...

I should try and trade this Ridley bum to someone for like Ronnie Hillman, right?

Na I wouldn't, not a good time to trade him now anyway as is value is rock bottom, if anything Ridley is a pretty good buy low candidate this week.

He started just like this last season and picked things up. Jets run D is pretty nasty and he'll probably struggle until the Pats get their passing game going with Gronk and Amendola to return.

Ridley is locked in to handle the bulk of carries for the next few weeks, he'll probably turn things around soon

I think overall, rb's are going to struggle to deliver this year in a pass happy league. TE's will be the value picks and emerging wr's will pay off if they have a good qb.

Was taking the piss. For better or worse I've got to ride it out with him. I've just furious at his production so far

Ridley will come good once Gronk and the Amendola are back for however long they can last. There's nothing there at the moment to deter defences from going all out stopping the run.

I have like 18 teams, I concentrate on my main 5 (paid league, dirty dozen, Broncos HQ league, Young ones, LU Dynasty) and if I don't make the playoffs in those leagues, I have 13 backups to stay interested lol.

Yeah i have like 14 leagues

Focusing on the Money league, 10 things, Elite auction, GH and LU Dynasty

IDP, Young Ones and Dirty dozen im also keeping a close eye on because im in full rebuild mode with them, not worried about the W's and L's, just potential WW pick ups etc

I made a trade in my league yesterday... I'm new to nfl fantasy so wanted to get an opinion...

I traded A.J Green and David Wilson for Giovanni Bernard and Darren McFadden.

I originally had David Wilson as a my 2nd RB with Arian Foster as my 1st. My other RBs were Ben Jarvis Green-Ellis and Darryl Richardson so I've had no production from any RBs other than Foster...

I had a few WR options with AJ Green and Brandon Marshall as my starters with Victor Cruz currently in a flex role... Beyond that I've got a couple of young guys in Tavon Austin and Patterson from the Vikings.

I've got Julius Thomas and Vernon Davis as TEs and I usually switch them depending on the match ups...

So I was thinking obviously that AJ Green is a massive loss.. But I could move Cruz in to the WR slot... With Giovanni to take the RB2 spot... The flex would be either McFadden if fit or Thomas/Davis.

My QB is Stafford by the way...

Any thoughts...

Firstly, is this a keeper league? Do you get 1 point per reception?

I don't like the trade, only because A.J Green is a proven stud and top 5 WR, if you're gonna trade him and Wilson (#3RB with upside) I think you should be getting much more than McFadden (injury prone #2 RB) and Bernard (a nice #3RB with great upside). I mean to me Wilson and Bernard are almost a wash, particularly in terms of production this season. Therefore that leaves Green for McFadden and that doesn't look good from your end IMO

Don't be surprised to see Wilson break out this week, Scott is gone and they're playing Philly.
