Mendenhall and Sidney Rice (currently on IR but be back soon)

for Miles Austin


I'm considering it. Would leave me pretty short at WR (Nicks, Floyd, Smith (NYG)) but strong RB's (Rice, Mendenhall, Forte). Also with Sidney Rice coming back in 5 weeks or so...

Id definitely pull the trigger on that asap.

Mendenhall is a stud, no two ways about it, plus the Vikings will try and get Rice back as soon as possible, because their receiver corps have looked pathetic in the 2 games this season. When hes back he will be the goods.

Miles Austin, Vernon Davis.

Nah not a fan of that.

Austin is better than Rice, Davis is way better than Miller while Addai is sharing time now and isn't as valuable. And Mendenhall's upside isn't as great as likely the difference between Rice and Austin will be.

If you have the Charles, Bradshaw & Rice for Austin deal i'd do it. Bradshaw is #1 RB clearly now...and with Jacobs acting like a bitch...will be for sure. Charles...yes is in a time share...but is the most talented player on that roster.

As someone who owns Beanie, yes.

You never know how he's gonna be used or if he's gonna be used.

Okay....Jackson update.

Still got him, I also have Finley who is injured (now reported 10 weeks to season injury). Do I drop jackson (last week to get traded I believe or its season over) and pick up Hernandez, drop Finley (incase Hernandez is gone before an exact return date is reached).

I have offered a trade to a team with Evans, Smith (NYG), Bowe and Hayward-bay as WR's and have Keller + Davis as TE's. I offereed Collie for either one of the TE's. A bit sneaky as I know Garcon is going to destroy his fantasy value and am hopeing I can deal him while he is hot. I think Garcn had double digit throws in his direction by Manning last week.

Other option is dropping Collie and picking up Hernandez

Word is Jackson will sign his contract tender with the Cowboys in the next week or two, he was advised to do so by the players union to ensure he is an unrestricted free agent. That will mean he won't be back by Wk 10ish, but still, good news for us Jackson owners 'holding out'.

got offered a trade. The dude wants Hakeem Nicks and he will give me Roddy White. Nicsk has been in awsome form this season and with Jenkins back Ryan MIGHT not go to White as much (but White will still be the no#1 receiver) , but White has had the most receptions of a WR in the NFC so might break loose soon. whadya reckon?
