No surprise, AFL have a deal with Vic police to sweep scandals under the rug, including detectives covering up rape.

How much funding does the NRL get/need from the Fed Govt? Smith needs to make a big deal out of this, step on a few toes in Canberra and expose this favouritable treatment to fumbleball

ASADA now leaking on itself???? Exposing itself??? Not sure what to make of that if in fact its genuine. That said, the AFL have been given the heads up all along. Its painfully obvious their every move has been very well pre informed.

That's appalling. Why didn't ASADA offer the same deal to Cronulla? No wonder the NRL aren't willing to put any pressure on the players to confess. This whole thing is a farce.

Didn't Roy write about this ages ago?

Also when did Hinds move to the Tele? Was it when Webster moved to the Herald?

Makes you wonder how well the Roosters/Storm/Souths/Manly would play if they were in the same position and used as a scapegoat

so now we have the smoking gun that proves the AFL are getting preferential treatment.....maybe rudd can step in and actually do something properly given he's meant to be a league man and make sure that shit sport gets treated the same as the nrl

He won't get involved.

He's all about "portraying " a positive image. Too much negative in the ASADA stuff to say a word about it .

Likewise Kate. Seems she couldn't see the corruption for all the congratulations she was giving herself and got from Gillard for being a female in a high office of power. Like Gillard, she had done every female so proud. :sarcasm:

In her defence, it would be pretty hard to get any real work done when you're so busy being chummy with this guy. They do seem to be photographed a lot at events together:

The AFL and the AFL media have such an incestuous relationship I'll be very surprised if the usual suspects do anything about demanding admin change in the AFL.

After everything that has happened in the last few years it's amazing Andy D is still undisputed king and the Commission are unaccountable.

Match fixing/tanking admitted and covered up
Serious crimes hushed up
Famous players admitting to doping live on tv
Big clubs running long doping trials
Etc, etc, etc

What ever happened to the original ACC investigation? What information has been passed on to the relevant police forces so they can make arrests?

What a massive botch.
