Oh - and that dude last night in the ocean swim who was a minute ahead of everyone early in the race. Every other merkin thought 'f**k that' I am hanging back as it is a 10km swim in choppy conditions. I knew he was screwed. Crazy tactics. But anyway finishing 21st is what he deserved !!

I'm totally cool with LGBTI people in our community but feel for the ladies who are racing in the 800m in Rio.

Caster Semenya is likely to break the WR in the final to win gold. Not entirely sure about her intersex status (well obviously she has been deemed female) but I am convinced that it is not a level playing field.

I see that the IAAF report on her concluded that she 'is a hermaphrodite with no womb or ovaries' and that she 'had internal testes - male sexual organs which produce testosterone and which in turn produces muscle bulk, body hair and a deep voice.'
