It only takes one game to fire-Im hoping its this one.To build any momentum in play offs I think you need to win last two.

Sad end for the miners this year, down to the third string running back and a secondary full of training squad. Sounds like harb is gorne, hopefully roman with him. Such a shame as I'm going to the cardinals game, where drinking will now be more important. I'll b going for anyone but Seattle now, can't stand Sherman.

San fran will struggle for a few years. Arizona -Seattle-St louis are all very good teams. Just a hard group to be in.

Not sure Hindy, I think Wilson is up for a mega contract next year which means something has to give elsewhere. Lynch's future is unknown. Arizona may become dominant but they still are questionable at qb and fitzy won't be around much longer. The nines may score a great coach and easily rebound to the top. U may need to rub your crystal balls a bit harder

Who will the niners go after though??

I think they should promote there defensive co ordinater. It isn't like the talent isn't there, but obvious that harbaugh has lost respect in that locker room. Shame because I have huge respect for the niners

Not sure who they will get as HC, but they really do need to get rid of Greg Roman as OC.
This is a bloke who changed the offence to move away from what has worked so well for the team, and it doesn't play into his QB's strengths. And after seeing how it hasn't worked has just refused to change it again.

Kaepernick is getting a lot of blame for how the Niners have failed this year, but his coaches haven't helped his cause one bit.

Promoting Vic Fangio might not be a bad idea. He has done a great job with the defence over the past few years. Even this year with all the injuries and suspensions to the D they have played outstanding for the most part.

Totally agree? Kap isn't a bad qb, and they moved away from what worked for them.

I look at the weapons the niners have on offense and scratch my head, this team should be scoring a lot of points and not, much like the bills who apart from the qb have great weapons on the offense to utilise ie woods, Watkins, Jackson, spiller etc.

Harbaugh nay we'll be a brian smith of the nfl - great at building sides but once done you have to move on before he destroys his own creation.

It's funny, I said this exact thing to a mate just a couple of days ago.

It hasn't been a relatively good year for the Niners this year, but they have still won half their games. It's not like they've gone back to the Singletary/Nolan/Erickson days.
Playing in probably the hardest division in the NFL doesn't help either.

You should be pretty happy. Bills are on the way up. If they can get a QB who can utilise those weapons you mentioned they'll be laughing, especially with that awesome defence.
Bills are in a bit of a tough spot like the Niners in relation to their division being a tough one. Pats are always good and the Fins have improved a lot. At least you have the Jets to beat up on twice a year. We can't even smash up the Rams anymore.

Jims downfall was sticking by his mate at oc. I can't recall seeing so many injuries, I'm sure we'll be recruiting from the local high school for the last game

Well RON - both our teams ended playoff chances in a sad way. Lets hope next year returns better results.

Had a fantastic day watching the miners finish with respect. Amazing atmosphere which nrl could learn a lot from. After this experience I'm starting to become like Ron, look amazing and starting to prefer nfl over nrl. Now it's coach hunting season

Jk13, it is the greatest, I can watch any game of nfl and love it, however if parra isn't playing I struggle to watch a game of league. It has everything.

Plus, even the offseason is amazing with the draft, combine etc, but the best thing is watching the game played in all conditions, the hits, strategies, match ups, the whole thing just makes it on another level to all other sports.

Avenger, fair enough, but it just offers more then league, however I will always love parra, and watch them whenever they play and am as passionate as ever for the eels I feel right now after the season we had

Did you use the phone app that let's you order a beer right to your seat?
My brother was at tha game and was telling me about it. Got good seats pretty cheap too because the Niners had been eliminated from Playoff contention.

I can't wait to get to a game. I had a chance to go to the last game at Candlestick (would have gone apeshit at the 'Pick at the Stick'), but no one else could go with me and I didn't want to experience it by myself.

I love both NRL and the NFL. I can understand how people find it boring, but I'm sure if some of them were to learn more About the game and learn its intricacies (as well as have a team to cheer for - that makes a difference) then they would start to enjoy it more.

I think you hit Nail on head. There are many good game each week to watch in NFL.I wouldn't say every game, You usualy get 2-3 crackers another 4 pretty good games.Than 3-4 more ok ones, and a few you wouldn't bother with out of the 16 games.
With NRL id watch Parra-Some penrith and a big game.Maybe 3 games at best.
