If Arsenal hadn't of scored that winner yesterday morning with the last kick/header of the game v Luton, my mob would be top of the table on goal difference.... That Liverpool v Arsenal match on Xmas Eve morning AU time should have plenty of desperation in it....

what I like about this is that one of them will lose, or both drop points, although Scousers should win this

I think the Gooners have been very fortunate lately, they really aren't playing very well yet they are top of the ladder

Luton FC have been the big surprise packet of the EPL, most expect them to be relegated again, I really hope they stay up

Spurs still have 8 regulars unavailable but hopefully we can get over the Spammers, Barcodes shouldn't have much trouble against Everton

I noticed one wanker of a journo is going after Ange.

I wonder if others will follow because he is an aussie.

Yeh. That guy is a person that Ange has subtlety continually taken the piss out of due to his stupid questions. The clown, Jonathan Liew has taken offence to Ange's brilliant responses and spat the dummy. Then decided to deride Ange publicly on a podcast elsewhere.
Liew is a bellend of the highest order. A bit like our Paul Kent or James Hooper.
The strange thing is, there is no one in the NRL coaching ranks as smooth or clever as Ange, who can make fools of the media without them even knowing he is doing so.

Lol at Man U.

Losing 3-0 to Bournemouth at home must be nearly the end for ten Hag.

I didn't think a club that big like Man U would struggle post Ferguson. I guess it shows in sport a figure who was so dominant for nearly 30 years can't easily be replaced.

Sir Alex was a ruthless operator but you can't argue with his results.

It's why when Bellamy leaves Storm it will be interesting to see how they cope when he isn't running the day to day.

Thing is Man U are still in 6th spot and within range of a CL spot. Which is indicative of the weakness of the Premier League this year so far.

Good guys on top courtesy of Villa's win over Arsenal this morning... Villa looking dangerous....

Growing up Man U were a club unless they were winning the PL it was failed season.

They haven't really come close to even looking like winning one since Ferguson left.

Yeah Aston Villa have beaten Arsenal and City at home within the space of 4 days.

I think you can say there is potential now for them to dream they could push for a title. If they can get some crucial wins on the road.

I think its great seeing fresh blood in the top 4, Villa's scouts have done a fantastic job at finding quality players without spending big.

Agreed.

Anyway, tough game for both of us tonight.
Both teams are decimated by injuries. Newcastle even worse so atm.
Ange under the pump - Only 1 PL point in the past 5 games. And Spurs are at home. They've lost their last 3 at home and have led (scored first) every game.
Newcastle still without a multitude of first starters and coming off a 3-0 loss away to Everton on Thursday.

Wow I don't think Fulham have or will again win b2b 5-0 wins in there history.

I suppose Forest are garbage but to put 5 goals on again against a decent West Ham side was a big surprise in the same week.

Basically scored half there goals for the season in past 7 days when you include the 3 they got against Liverpool last Sunday.

Chelsea getting beat again who is getting sacked first Poch or ten Hag.

even the Broncos struggled without Bennet.
This year was their first grand final without him in charge

Awful challenge by Bissouma, gets himself sent off. Ange will be livid with him m. Has a 4 game suspension now. Dumb merkin....

another win with 10 men, Ange seems to over rev some of our players up so much, we seem to get a lot of reds and yellows

Ange tends to support them rather than go off at them, "just do better next time and learn from your mistakes"

Biss off to Afcon when his suspension is up so we won't see him back till February now. Lo Celso and Johnson injured now. Udogie with his 5th yellow makes it 13 unavailable players .

We gotta try and find 11 fit players fo the next game

A good video showing how brilliant and attacking minded Ange is as a manager.

there are a few of these around, pommie commentators amazed by his different approach and his use of fullbacks

Udogie spends more time in the opposition box than he does ours

Ange is just all out attack
