The top 20 or so are the only ones that matter, just like in the NRL.

Anyway, there’s a limit of 25 that can be registered in the EPL.

so what happens to the other 20 or so players ?

you can only loan a limited number of players out

They need to agree to leave or play EPL2 (reserve grade) or U21s.

With no salary cap the rich clubs can afford to be more ruthless than NRL clubs. In the NRL, once players are contracted they can hold you over a barrel, because they prevent you replacing them just by virtue of being on your cap. Every cent of a payout also ties up cap space. This is why it’s risky to take a punt on unproven youngsters.

cant be, some you just bought some and not in your top squad, like Raheem

there is going to be a lot of disgruntled players and I'm reading that you still want to add another few players to the squad, crazy stuff
I’m sure they’re disgruntled. But the club isn’t forced to include them in the EPL squad. Disgruntlement is no doubt a tactic to encourage them to consider other offers.

not when you've just bought them, it's weird what Chelsea is doing

Which ones are you talking about? The ones being shopped have all been there for years, except Fofana:

Gallagher (already gone)
Sterling
Chilwell
Lukaku
Arrizabalaga
Broja
Chalobah

Craven Cottage what a stadium.

Great mix of heritage and the new modern facilities with the riverside stand on the other side.

It fits 28k and is perfect for a club like Fulham.

if you get the opportunity it may be worthwhile having a look at Spurs new stadium, it does stadium tours

its designed to cater to football, NFL games ( it hosts a couple of NFL games a year) and also does large live music events

its on my bucket list

and how did that work out for you ?

you actually bought more players
They got rid of Gallagher, Lukaku, Maatsen and Broja, and sent Sterling, Ugochukwu, Arrizabalaga and Petrovic away on loan. Chilwell is still there.

The rest are reserve graders at best. They can play EPL2. There are sixteen merkins away on loan, including the four first teamers.
