Yes I can confirm. When I was 19 I went into a psychosis for 4 weeks. My life has never been so exciting as that period. But I was loose.
I had a girlfriend who was always going into it. I remember she dived into a pool fully clothed at a family event to rescue someone even thou the pool was empty. She had to take special medication. Issue was she found life a lot more fun when she was in psychosis so she would skip the meds. Let's face it, reality is quite mundane.

The thing is. When you are in physcosis everything feels real. It's not good. It's fun but not good.
