Yes but we know that diet plays a major role in physical development. Surely much more than autism. Not in every case perhaps but I know what I'd bet on. And I am not blaming her for anything, just pointing out what I believe the effects of her diet are. Absolutely the parents are largely to blame.
To be fair you did call her stunted and mentally unstable, which in her case is largely genetic. Perhaps criticism was the wrong word.
I just think it's the wrong target for the point you're making, given the known factors.
