Right. They wanted immediate injunctive relief. They didn't get it. Arguments will need to be heard by the Court.

They can still get a decertification. Same as with the Texas suit. They can still get an order that the legislators pick the electors.

I don’t think you quite get how an appellate court works. Unlike the Texas case where they will be asked to hear an alleged beef between states, the PA case needs to demonstrate that they have a case. Meaning that the decision in the lower court is flawed in law. If SCOTUS deem that they have no standing, then it’s over.
