The concern that trans women might pose a threat to cisgender women ignores that trans women are women. Conflating them with predatory men perpetuates harmful stereotypes and mischaracterises them.

Leaping to transgender might be predatory criminals is no different to you feeling icky that gay people are using your bathroom. I would like to know how they justify these claims and what they do to earn all this extra money/wages.

So they want some poor payroll stooge to jump out of bed at 3AM on a Saturday or Sunday morning to do an ad-hoc payroll funds transfer to some train guards account because they did 2.5 hours overtime....

And then who is going to pay that Payroll operators overtime there and then? Segregation of duties dictates they can't pay themselves. So another payroll operator needs to go and do an ad-hoc payment and on and on it goes...

Yes. There are a group of ne’er-do-wells around my area. 2 of them are of Sudanese descent. They were accosting people the other week out the front of the local shops demanding money.

I work in industry where basically all OT is double time.
I get the argument for same day paid OT but it’s just not practical in any way.
And don’t get me started on productivity allowances. Workers hold them and RDO accrual above ordinary hours because they don’t understand why they were introduced.

In some cases they do, yes.
But there are cases where they don't. Hormone replacement therapy for trans people actually work and ultimately, give them no advantage whatsoever over a female opponent. In fact, it can make them weaker.
