As for the death of comedy because of everyone being PC. I call BS. Stand up is just as out there. I have been watching a bit a Jimmy Carr lately and he takes no prisoners. Everyone, every religion, every gender, every sexuality, every disability, every political party and everyone in the audience is fair game.

I think some people prefer to be perpetually outraged and blame their failings on other people rather than to actually do something to improve their situation

Stand up is still doing ok because you have guys like Gervais and Chappelle who just don't give a f**k but the studios will just not do comedies these days. They'd rather spend 300m on some shitty super hero movie that no one cares about anymore.

I think some of the shit takes/comedy i see on here about certain topics with RL, other stuff & politics is funnier then the actual comedians.
