Because I was taking the piss and trying to get a rise out of the lefties.

I wonder how you’d feel if the people of Gaza moved into your quiet, leafy suburb?

It’s no coincidence you live in relative peace in your neighbourhood with the same Hebrews and their supporters that are attacking them. Deep down, no one really wants the people of Gaza—not even virtue signallers like you.

@Gronk

You keen to have those refugees sharing your almond latte and croissant tomorrow morning?

Didn’t think so. At least I don’t fake sympathy with a trembling bottom lip. I back whoever Australia backs.

Also, where’s your outrage at Albo and Penny? You voted for them, didn’t you?

So am I understanding the last few days right....?

Trump unilaterally (without Congress approval) bombs Iran.
Iran hit back and bomb a US base in Qatar
Trump runs lilly-livered and declares there'll be a cease fire between Iran and Israel (i.e. USA doing extremist right-wing Israel government's bidding) immediately
But it was actually the Qatari president that negotiated the ceasefire with Iran following their strike at the US base on Qatari soil?

What a f**king orange conman, and what a bunch of dumb-asses that continue to fall for his nonsense.

Overall Assessment: The claims capture the general sequence of events but oversimplify or misrepresent some details. Trump’s bombing of Iran lacked clear congressional approval, Iran retaliated against the U.S. base in Qatar, and Trump announced a ceasefire that Qatar helped negotiate. However, the ceasefire’s status was uncertain due to continued strikes, and the “Qatari president” reference is incorrect. The final claim is an unverified opinion. The narrative’s tone suggests bias, but the core events align with reported developments.

This avoids the point with weasel words, call it "strategic" if you like but I would still call bombing the shit outta another country an act of war, wouldn't you?

The U.S. bombing of Iran on June 21, 2025, targeted nuclear facilities, causing significant damage and prompting Iran’s retaliatory strike on a U.S. base. This action meets common definitions of an “act of war,” despite being called “strategic,” which is a descriptive term that doesn’t negate its legal or political implications. The user’s claim is valid, though their phrasing is informal and exaggerated.

^^^ the US also broke the Non-Proliferation Treaty which they forced Iran to be part of. You can't f**king bomb a nuclear juice site. That was wrong on so many levels.

Oh spot quiz: Who isn't part of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) which ensures frequent independent monitored site visits etc ? Israel. They won't let anyone near theirs.

Try being that bravely naive in Lakemba first, then let me know how it goes.
Don’t you live in Cronulla?
At least you know you’ll be safe from any of those people emigrating to your neighbourhood.

Not that again. I moved to the Sutherland Shire in 95 and lived at Villawood Hostel, Carramar, Fairfield, Liverpool and Edensor Park.

And it was proven that the majority of those violent white guys were blow ins from outside of the area. They can’t afford $20m homes on the Hacking River.

So in your scenario, you’re the ghetto refugee? How do your current neighbours feel about that?
