I totally agree. America produces the most amount of beef in the world but at the cost of quality. I'm very concerned about how it gets marketed here. I wouldn't be surprised if quotas are involved in this garbage arrangement, either. Australia, the country that was once lucky, progressively sold out for a song.

They will import it and mix it with Aussie beef for burgers. The packaging will say "Australian beef mince using at least **% Australian beef" or something to that effect.
