Where's Poppa???

He has wandered off from his nursing ward a few times now. They pick him up pretty quickly these days. it's the ankle bracelet.

Apparently he keeps babbling on about meeting the mates at the Cecil. It's a shame really.

Fats D the foundation man for blues and future rock.When Elvis stated he couldn't match Fats on blues, you know he's de man.;
A decent run at 89.
Geez they'll be a decent gig in operation above in the blue yonder.Wonder who'll be the main act?Not that I'm planning to buy tickets at this stage.I'll wait till Duane Eddy(79) arrives and gives his bass a bash.

Fats was good but he was a long way from being a foundation man for the Blues.

Fats's name only started to appear in early Rock n Roll dispatches and his contribution was pretty big.

Ol Robbie Johnson went down to the Crossroads and came back a different man. Early Blues folklore. Sold his soul to the Devil to learn the blues ropes.

A bit of trivia, Elvis's first ever record was That's Alright Mama. It was an Arthur Big Boy Cruddop song.

I saw the Big Boy at a Blues concert at the Horden Pav many decades ago.

I with my then girlfriend, now my child bride, saw the Beatles at the old stadium, before they rocketed to stardom.
Wish the old Pelvis had rocked into Sydney ,would have loved to see him live o.Elvis absolutely adored his mama.
Now I drive my daughter and granddaughter to see Taylor Swift at ANZ.Times are a changing.

The niece of a very close friend of mine took her life on the weekend. Was after a long drawn out hardcore stint with the dreaded ice. That shit takes your soul away.

Before that she was a very talented film/movie maker that had a promising career at the top if she wanted it.

Sad.

Such a shame & a waste all at once. A mate’s son is on it & reckons he can control it.
He can’t & it’s like the transformation scene in American Werewolf in London when he’s using. Why did he start in the first place is the head scratcher?

Good family, plenty of money, no obvious issues. I don’t understand it.
