OT: Jersey design websites

Me and my mates are going down to Victoria for a cricket match against a respected team that has been around for over 100 years.
We want to design a shirt of some description, something similar to the material the Aussie boys wear in one-dayers.
Anyone have any ideas where I can design a shirt and emblem, and also where I can get it printed.
I only have a couple of weeks and live in the ACT. Unfortunately.

Pretty hard to do in small volume mate if you want anything of quality. How many are you looking at needing ?

Looking at just doing 11.


Looks like we have a supplier (possibly, if they take only 11), but we need to make an Emblem.
Any ideas?
