I went up there a few years ago , the last time we played there - 2011.
The crowd was listed as approx. 13,000 , there was lucky if there were 6000 & at least 2000 were Cronulla supporters.

Was that where we pumped them? Think I was at that one in a corporate box!

We'll get connected for sure
Birds bucks party must have had sharks players go.

I saw a group pic floating around from the bucks party (on FB I think)
Gal, Lewis and Holdsworth were all there. I don't recall any other Sharkies in that pic.

you would hope, that sharks players would know not to get involved with risky behavior like this post asada and carney.

then again, you can rule nothing out.

That was the wedding. The bucks was in Byron, no sharks.

Cheers K, well that is even better news if there were no sharks at the bucks party.

Also, with the health problems Lewis has recently had, I'd be very surprised if he ever considered going down that path.

THE NRL has taken control of the ownership of the Gold Coast Titans in a move to secure the under-siege club’s long-term future.
Smith and other members of the NRL’s executive team flew up to the Gold Coast for crisis talks with the club last night and this afternoon Smith confirmed that he would “build a club the fans can be proud of”.
“This is an exciting day for the club ... it ensures its long-term future on the Gold Coast,” Smith told a press conference.
Smith was at pains to clarify that the NRL was now the club’s “sole shareholder” but would not be running the club, with the Titans’ current board and management team remaining in place.

When I read something like this, and then even the situation where the NRL became involved in Newcastle, it just makes me think about how resilient this club really has been in the last 10 years.

Through all the shit we've been through, the club is still kicking on. When Gorman talks about the culture and character of the club - that has to be one thing he sees. We are fighters.

Guys can you keep the conversation to what is in the public domain not what you have heard or trying to guess.

in the past the old NSWRL bailed us out a few times.
they let Newtown and Wests go but kept us.
Wests fought their way back in but the point had been made.
some of us have older memories than others..
