Secondly we know if they player on the receiving end is injured is a factor in the sentence.

So in this case it’s a 0/2 for the prosecution.

I predict a bit of a game from the NRL, it's MRC and the kangaroo court.

I expect they'll announce a Grade 3 charge. Clearasil will challenge it. They'll play it out in the KC where it will be downgraded.

Having made this bold prediction I hope the NRL sees this as a chance to gain back some credibility in the public eye. If they go soft, the downwards spiral into the abyss accelerates a little more.
