Hopefully operational in the next few months.
Been using the time to fine tune the recipes.

They decided to take on the summer beer market, i.e.: Corona
They like to take the piss (pun intended)

I'd imagine that's a great market to be in. Don't have to compete on price with the big boys, as people who drink corona etc are prepared to pay a bit more.
Prob got fugg all chance of getting a taste in Brisbane, unless it really takes off!

The boys have had a major setback with their equipment not showing up and them losing their deposit from a shonkster.
It seems these people have done it to a few small time breweries so if you know anyone getting into the brewing business make them aware of the situation and get in touch with a victim to find out whom not to deal with.

Just a little update,
the boys have had some wonderful help from the local breweries and have had the El Mono selling well at Blackrock Brasserie in Sylvania. Today I'm heading into Willy The Boatman at Tempe where the there's a keg on.

As a tip for the beer lovers, been looking for Stone and Wood - one of the best craft beer on market - and couldn't find it locally anywhere, as always sold out.
Went into the Bottlo on Kingsway today near the Guzman and there it was, hammering down a few now.
Try it...
Stone and Wood Pacific Ale - 5 stars.
