Dunno mate, same reason merrit is I guess :)

I had fun actually testing out a new laptop and Fox IQ at the same time, you can slow it down and pause, rewind, skip etc very easily. I was actually practicing for another role I'll be filling when the NRL begins .

LOL you really got the sh*ts with him about that mate didn't you ?! fair call though, nothing irks fans more than lack of conviction in defence.

I'm sure he does go well, his first half wasn't bad really, just looked like exactly what he is, a player in a new country, new league, new speed, new rule interpretations playing out of position and needing to get his legs running and mind used to the changes. Like I said, he certainly warmed to the task later in the half and got more involved in attack.

Obviously I havent seen last weekends game where they got thumped, but i'd guess no players for Cas really got much ball there.

What about him playing centre Frenz ? did you see it the same way, coming to 5/8 only in attack and only in the red zone of the pitch ? what about him going to halfback and his lack of defence, ie tackling at centre, I think I counted 2 tackles, maybe 3 total first half. Are they hiding him to save him for attack ?

Not relevant to sharks fans obviously but it's an excercise I've been tuning up on, stats work and player valuation in each game like I said , as I have vested interest in doing so once the NRL begins.

No way..

He has sh*t to do this year and if he can take that opportunity given to him on the silver platter I will fluffy him all the way to the semi's :)

Prediction: Forummers to hail the new fullback D.Albert ten weeks before Raper does.

LOL no sweat frenz, I'll get it done and post it here, bugger, I thought I was going to get away with not doing the 2nd half ! :)

Nuts went f**king fantastic in the game by the way, and a HULL player who i've wanted at the sharks for 3 years now, young YEAMAN went super, he's a big, quick, agro outside back with good hands and an offload.

Can you connect your laptop to the IQ box?

It's an interface program of some sort , I'm nowhere near tech minded enough to understand, but a new video review/stat/management program that is Beta ( trial ? )version at the moment is what I've been using and it's bloody incredible what can be done. I'm told it's being used by 3 UK premier league clubs for their coaching staff and was developed by a german company. The real killer will be when I work out the voice recognition stuff that basically allows you to make notes real time verbally into the digital dictaphone and it notates them, with the exact timing of the match, records the still frame AND a 10 second video frame next to the notes and packages the entire notes and clips into game packages for easy recall in the future. easy to record and email to people aswell, IE every players gets a copy of the team notes for that week, OR you can pick and choose who gets what, IE don't send the critical stuff to everyone just individuals. Of course SOME coaches, would just send the lot to everone :)

I finally saw the Cas game today. It just confirmed I don't think McGoldy is a 5/8. There were a couple of hospital passes in there and a bad option where he died with the ball on the last. A couple of nice grubbers were the positives. (I have only seen up until the 63rd minute).

I agree with Beeks that Yeaman is class. I think I underestimated Hull. They'll finish ahead of Bradford and possibly Wigan.

He scored another 3 tries this week, thats 5 in 2 weeks. If he stays injury free he'll make the tri nations squad.

Geez He is one UK back that I think would really make it in the NRL that's for sure. I think he has all the attributes of Carney but more youth on his side and an even better build, and I'm a huge carney fan.
