Poor Ricky. How dare those players make you look bad. He refers to "we" but we all know he means "them" dont ya mate. Am enjoying The Greenhouse. Funny thing is some still have hope. Same as last year Raiders fans where RS is concerned. Only the Jerseys have changed. The Presser is gold. I agree, he looks like he is about to explode. Lol.

Sorry, but I think Malabar Eel is more boring than Maroubra Eel, and Matraville Eel is more boring than them both put together.
Then there's Marrickville Eel, who is just useless and worse than the lot of them.

Below them though, is that other horrible pair, Bartman and Phantom Eel. One would think they are the same person sometimes.

Avenger is way ahead of the lot of them.

I heard a journo say that the NRL are unlikely allow a Carney contract to be registered - ever.

NSW District Court can overturn any inhouse rules. Remember what they did to the player draft and deemed it a restraint of trade? Everyone except Terry Hill agreed to that too. He's a grub but Carney could even take it to the Industrial Relations Commission.

Unlikely to be District Court case. Restraint of trade more likely to be Supreme Court or eventually High Court (as in the NRL Player Draft thingy).

It basically comes down to whether the restraint of trade is 'reasonable'. I doubt that behaviour that suggested a life ban would stand up, but they won't be dumb enough to say that (you'd think).
