If I was the Raiders I would be looking at someone like Willie Mason on a one year deal. They need some experience to what is a fairly young team.

I can see your point, but really it doesn't achieve anything apart from take pressure of our players.

But there was an article the other week, where it indicated the refs boss gets pretty much has the most contract with Arthur. So behind the scenes he is putting pressure on the refs.

Plus I do believe if we were top 4 he would use his press conferences differently.

Yea I read that. But the quiet approach doesn't seem to work for us. Refs always pin us. I'd still like to see him give it to those merkins on tv.

Since 2009 ricky has coached 118 games won 33 and lost 85. Destroyed 3 clubs lost 2 origin series and yet barely gets questioned from his media buddies in slothfield and dog ritchie. It astounds me how this fraud never gets put in the spotlight for his shit coaching record
