OT: Worst referee ever?

Hey Tom, have you ever refereed a game before? Not as easy as it seems.

No I have not, and I realise it is not an easy task. But I think I know what abilities are required (super powers of concentration and peripheral vision) and the league just does not seem to be able to attract the right talent IMHO. This is not a personal attack but an observation on a problem.
